Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within an average of 3 days after payment is confirmed. Processing may take longer during public holidays, promotional periods, or other unusually busy periods. You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and, when available, tracking information after dispatch.

Shipping Cost

Lavie Vibe provides free standard shipping on all orders.

Estimated Delivery Time

Shipping normally takes approximately 15–30 days after the order has been processed and dispatched. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, local holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, the tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates can sometimes take several days to appear after dispatch.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible at lavievibeofficial@gmail.com if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

Customs, Taxes and Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility.

Delayed, Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or appears to be lost, contact lavievibeofficial@gmail.com with your order number and relevant photos or tracking information. We will review the issue and work with the carrier to determine an appropriate resolution.
